East Lancashire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG)

Back to Previous Projects

The East Lancashire CCG delivered a research project to establish what was important to patients of the recently closed Danes House Medical Practise.

A cohort of community researchers were trained by LBN to deliver this project. In total, 218 patients were reached to gather their views.

Findings: Daneshouse Responses (1st Survey)

The survey highlighted the need for further engagement work which led to the second Phase.

879 patients from the Danes House Medical Practice completed a survey to give their views on the recent changes to service provision in their area. The CCG gave the local community an opportunity to shape the design and delivery of services and survey findings assisted them in doing this.
